A busy night is expected for Carli XCX at the Brit Awards.
The BRIT Awards 2025 are set to take the stage on March 1 at The O2 Arena in London, with a star-studded celebration of the year’s best in British and international music.
Hosted by Jack Whitehall for his fifth time, the ceremony will showcase the talent of today’s music scene, with Charli XCX leading the pack with five nominations, including British Album of the Year.
Joining her as major contenders are Dua Lipa, The Last Dinner Party, and The Cure.
There are a couple of notable returns too with The Beatles earning their first nomination since 1977 for Song of the Year with “Now and Then,” and The Cure securing three nods, including Album of the Year for Songs of a Lost World, their first nominations since 1993.
The awards ceremony will also feature an excellent lineup of performers, including Jade (formerly of Little Mix), Lola Young, Myles Smith, Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender, and a joint performance by Ezra Collective and Jorja Smith.

Charli XCX is the clear favourite to win Album of the year at the BRIT Awards 2025, thanks to the immense success of her album Brat. Since its June 2024 release, the album has become a cultural phenomenon, sparking the "Brat Summer" trend and earning platinum certification in the UK.
It has bee given odds as short as 1/7 with Betfred (87.5% implied probability)
Seven time Brit winner Dua Lipa's album Radical Optimism is also in the running, however, her chances are low with a 11% implied probability at odds of 8/1.
The album has helped the global superstar earn nominations in four categories this year.
The Cure's first album in 16 years, Songs of a Lost World is a joint seconf-favourite at the same price.
The Brit Awards Artist Of The Year Odds
Charli XCX is the frontrunner for Artist of the Year at a best price of 1/3 with Betfred.
She is riding high on the success of her album Brat and the cultural impact she created with “Brat Summer.”
Her five nominations, including Album of the Year and Song of the Year for “Guess” ft. Billie Eilish, highlight her dominance in 2024.
While she’s yet to win a major BRIT, her innovative sound and popularity puts her in a strong position.
Fred Again.. has impressed with his meteoric rise in electronic music and takes the second favourite sport at 5/1, but his genre may limit broader appeal.
Similarly, Central Cee, despite dominating the UK rap scene, faces an uphill battle as rap artists rarely win this category. He is joint second-favourite at 5/1.

The Brit Awards Song Of The Year Odds
Charli XCX’s Guess is the frontrunner for Song of the Year at a best price of 6/4 with Betfred.. Its No. 1 chart run, Billie Eilish’s feature and the momentum behind Charli XCX give it an edge.
