2026 March Madness Odds: Exploring Next Year's NCAA Tournament Odds After Florida Wins National Championship

2026 March Madness Odds: Exploring Next Year's NCAA Tournament Odds After Florida Wins National Championship
Congrats to the Florida Gators on a 2025 NCAA Tournament Championship last night!
While they'll enjoy it for the next week, I'm already looking at next year's 2026 NCAA Championship market. The Duke Blue Devils have the highest probability of winning it all next season. Yet, the Blue Devils will likely have five of their key players enter the NBA Draft. Duke is a household name, but at this very moment, the Blue Devils shouldn't be the No. 1 team in this market.
Ultimately, many teams will look completely different when the new season begins. But we'll still try to find some value in the 2026 March Madness Tournament.

2026 March Madness Futures Picks
1. Duke (+1000) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Duke Blue Devils had an incredible run, with Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel leading the way as freshmen. However, both will head to the NBA Draft without an NCAA Title and likely won't return next season.
That said, Duke just replenished and is expected to bring in Carlos Boozer's sons, Cameron and Cayden. Those two could push Duke right back to the top. It's just hard to rely on a freshman from the get-go.
2. Houston (+1200) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Houston Cougars are still expected to be one of the best teams in the NCAA in 2026.
They'll lose L.J. Cryer and Miles Uzan but will still have Emanuel Sharp and Joseph Tugler, along with three top-20 players in the country coming in.
Kelvin Sampson is one of the best coaches in the country and will be looking for his first NCAA Tournament win after falling short last night.
3. Louisville Cardinals (+1400) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Pat Kelsey had completed flipped the Louisville Cardinals in a couple of seasons.
Todd Golden won a National Championship in his third season with the Gators. Kelsey has the potential to one-up him and win it in his second season with the Cardinals.
Louisville has been super active in the transfer portal and has brought in some massive names. In addition, the Cardinals added a top freshman guard, Mikel Brown, who figures to be an instant starter. Louisville is dangerous.
4. Purdue Boilermakers (+1400) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Purdue will be one of the only teams in the country with at least four returning players in the starting lineup for 2026.
The Boilermakers are expected to hold on to Braden Smtih, C.J. Cox, Fletcher Loyer, and Trey Kaufman-Renn. Plus, Purdue already added South Dakota State transfer Oscar Cluff. Purdue made it into the NCAA Tournament's Final a year ago. They can certainly get back with this group.
