Getting Started with the Loyalty Program
When you create an account with Hard Rock Bet, you're automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards program. From there, every qualifying cash wager you place will earn you Reward Points (called Bank Points) and Tier Credits. The more you play, the more you can earn and the higher your status will be for better rewards.
Reward Points vs. Tier Credits
It's important to understand the difference between Reward Points and Tier Credits:
- Reward Points: (Bank Points): These are earned for each qualifying wager and can be redeemed for great prizes in the Rewards Store, such as bonus bets, spins on the Mystery Wheel, or even a Tesla.
- Tier Credits: These help you move up through the loyalty tiers, unlocking higher rewards and benefits. Tier Credits are earned over a rolling 30-day period, with your tier status being re-evaluated daily based on your play.
Climbing the Tiers
The more Tier Credits you accumulate, the higher your tier and the more rewards you can unlock. Each tier has a multiplier for your Reward Points, which can increase your points up to 10x.
Here’s how the tiers work:
- Member: (0–9 Tier Credits): 1x Reward Points multiplier, access to daily odds boosts and sports promotions.
- Bronze: (10–149 Tier Credits): 2x Reward Points multiplier, daily odds boosts, sports promotions.
- Silver: (150–999 Tier Credits): 3x Reward Points multiplier, Overdrive Boosts, Anniversary Bet & Get.
- Gold: (1,000–3,999 Tier Credits): 5x Reward Points multiplier, exclusive promotions.
- Platinum: (4,000+ Tier Credits): 7x Reward Points multiplier, preferred customer service.
- Diamond: (Invite Only): 10x Reward Points multiplier, VIP account management.
How to Earn Reward Points and Tier Credits
All of your online play, including casino games and sports betting, will earn you Unity Tier Credits. However, you won’t earn Unity Points for your online play until Hard Rock Bet fully integrates the Unity Loyalty Program. Once fully rolled out, Unity Points and Reward Points will be transferable on a 1:1 basis.
When playing at Hard Rock or Seminole Casinos, you can also earn Tier Credits and Unity Points for the Unity by Hard Rock program. These Unity Points can be converted into Reward Points for use in the Hard Rock Bet Rewards Store.

As you climb the tiers, you’ll unlock a variety of exclusive perks, such as:
- Discounts at Hard Rock Hotels, Cafes, and Rock Shops
- Personalized boosts and extra Bonus Bets for higher-tier members.
- On-demand customer service to make your experience even smoother.
Not all bets will earn Loyalty Rewards. For example, First Person Craps does not count toward the program.
The Unity™ by Hard Rock Mastercard®
The Unity™ by Hard Rock Mastercard® is another way to earn more benefits in the Unity program. With this card, you’ll earn Unity Points with every purchase made at participating Hard Rock and Seminole locations, as well as on all your everyday spending anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Unity Points can be converted into Hard Rock Bet Reward Points, giving you even more chances to earn rewards.
